Garden Room

Solid oak, beautifully designed, 2 comfy sofa’s, colour TV and DVD player, Solid oak table and chairs, seating for 10 people.

Sitting Room

The beamed sitting room is cosy with a large stone fireplace in which we have a wood burning stove, comfy sofas and antique furniture.

Bedrooms

The main farmhouse offers 1 double room and 1 single room with 2 further double rooms available in the adjacent cottage. All are tastefully decorated, with bed linen and hairdryers provided.

Bathroom

Toiletries and towels provided.

Garden

Beautiful, mature, landscaped garden with panoramic views, full of wildlife. Patio area provided - barbecue.

Breakfast

Delicious traditional English breakfast, local produce used (oragnic where possible), served between 7-9am. Evening meal by arrangement. B&B £25 p.p.p.n. Evening meal £15 p.p.p.n. Alternatively there are a good selection of local pubs and restaurants in the area.

Location

Great walking including the Offa's Dyke Trail. Very good cycling, challenging, fishing, including the Wye river, golfing, one mile away at Kington. Books, maps, leaflets are provided if needed.

Internet connection provided using open Wi-Fi via BT which includes BT-FON and BT-Open Zone.
