Welcome Basket

When you first arrive, you will probably have been driving for a few hours. To help our guests settle in we supply a welcome basket containing 2 bottles of wine (white/red), tea, coffee, and a nice selection of biscuits.

Facilities

Sitting Room

The sitting room has a colour TV with a video and DVD player, Hi-fI system and an electric woodburner, flagstone floors, stone walls and oak beams. A selection of games, books, videos, DVDs  are provided.

Kitchen

A very well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and shared tumble dryer.

Dining Room

This room has beutiful features such as exposed oak beams, stone walls and an original black leaded cooking range, flagstone floor and original doors.

Bedrooms

One room with double bed, one room with 3/4 bed. Sleeps 3 total. Aample storage space provided by antique wooden furniture. Hair dryers provided.

Shower Room

Electric shower, no bath provided. Excellent quality towels and toiletries are provided.

Cleaning, Bedding and Towels

When you arrive you will find the cottage is spotlessly clean. The beds will be freshly made up and fresh towels provided.

Outside

There is a large shared garden, with a separate patio area, including table, chairs and barbeque.

Electricity & Heating

All electricity is included within the cost of your stay, there is no coin metre to worry about. Oil fired central heating throughout. All rooms have radiators.

Internet Connection

We provide open Wi-Fi via BT which includes BT-FON and BT-Open Zone.
