Arriving and Departing

When you have paid for your holiday in full you will receive details of how to find the property and where to collect the keys on arrival. Please could you advise us of the estimated time of arrival, which should normally be after 3pm and to leave no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Sorry but pets are not permitted at the property.

Property with character

Remember much of it's character and charm is due to it's age. The cottage has many stone walls, these were built before the days of cavity insulation. Some of the beams are low are we always ask guests to mind their heads!

We live in a very rural location, people around us are often earning their living and country hours can run into the late evening and very early morning, so be tolerant when it comes to sounds and scents, it's all part of being in the country! Bredward Farm is a working farm - Ian Wright runs his own Agricultural Contracting Business from the farm, so certain times of year the farm is extra busy.

Caring for your safety

1. On arrival, please check the layout of the property so that in an emergency you can get out as quickly and easily as possible.
2. Check for a fire extinguisher and fire blanket and read the instructions on their use.
3. Please remember, because this is a working farm, machinery and animals will be present.
4. There is a lake in the grounds, please remember 'deep water' signs are there for a reason.
5. All children to be supervised at all times.
